Have seen many employees worked long years in this company and retired. Job is fully secured and no seen any termination of Job without any integrity issues. Company is tolerating even low and medium performance employees. Management is outstanding and encourage employees and could able to have one to one dialogue with Chairman in fortnightly meetings. Many of the requests have been considered by Chairman during the meetings and one year, post revision of salary cycle, based on employees request, Chairman has increased salary to all employees. Company policies are clear and there is no ambiguity in it. Company is supporting beyond the policy when employees are undergoing medical emergencies. Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
