The way they treat the employees and there isnt any kind of benefit or incentives or even health insurance. Even for PF you have to work there like an ox for a year and you need to prove yourself to get pf. No saturday off if you are a day shift employee.

Too worst company and poor people management. Look like mini market and not a professional company. Lot of politics and not suitable for true performers. Pls don't join here as it's my humble request. They will send anyone at anytime to home since no job security.

Managers & Higher officials. Poor people management. Users are treating as a slave. 6 days working. Each & every your personal activities are watching by camera. I like the VP but he is eluded from the employees. My sincere request would be to run a survey anonymously so that VP can know the reality.

Worst Management. Especially in Salem branch you cannot grow beyond the Manager in Day shift. At the senior manager level they use Google translate to convert the client emails into Tamil which is first of its kind. The VP of the company is really good but we cannot go beyond the two managers in Salem. If you do it you will be targeted. Dislike only - They are totally 4 people's only for payment posting. If you joined there u need to work daily 12 hours. Only one Saturday leave. U need to submit original certificates. TL is high arrogance and One Jalra there. U need to sit in between them. One end Arrogant TL and other end Jalra. Every minute they torture u. U never go to rest room also. If you submit resignation letter. They will torture u to extreme level to abscond yourself or u have to paying two months salary to bring back ur certificates....Read More

They having process in payment posting called EVERY WEEK END TO CLOSE ALL PAYMENT BATCHES. ( Normally we knows month end in payment posting). So that u never take rest or break.
