Dislike is huge - Such a worst company i have ever seen. Super Politics is going on. Company will bakruptcy soon. Dont join in this comany. Collecting mark sheet and threatning you. I like the VP but he is eluded from the employees. My sincere request would be to run a survey anonymously so that VP can know the reality.

Worst Management. Especially in Salem branch you cannot grow beyond the Manager in Day shift. At the senior manager level they use Google translate to convert the client emails into Tamil which is first of its kind. The VP of the company is really good but we cannot go beyond the two managers in Salem. If you do it you will be targeted.
