Comfortable job, less pressure but very slow growth rate.

Dislikes

Biggest drawback is salary structure and allowances. For example company is capable of paying 4.80 LPA to a management trainee but they only pay 2.80 which is very less according toh market price and allowances like TA and DA is also very low compare to other company..... They also do partial behaviour, if you are known to owner or vice president of a company then you are paid more than fairly.. one candidate joins month ago on same post as executive and he is getting double of the package from his other team members without having any experience just on basis of friend of the director. Although company has revised it's TA and DA structure but till date it is not implemented yet.. in this company employee retention rate is very low, everyone joins for experience and leave after 1 to 2 year..... It's a humble request to consider all my points and change your policies, because we want to give our 100% in this company and for our growth also but we can't give even 50% in this salary structure........Read More
