They give you really brilliant salary packages, good perks, car, driver, housemade, additional services & of course Bungalow facilities with all modern amenities for employees, Mediclaim facilities, Insurance for Family, taking good care of your partners/wife. They maintain a good female male ratio at office to keep both the gender effective & motivated. As a result our people tend to perform brilliantly ar home or at office. But yes there is job security issue which the company is trying to resolve slowly. In a nutshell in Brilliant elevator our prime focus is to better our employees personal lives so that they can enjoy their conjugal time at home throughout the day....Read More
