They give you really brilliant salary packages, good perks, car, driver, housemade, additional services & of course Bungalow facilities with all modern amenities for employees, Mediclaim facilities, Insurance for Family, taking good care of your partners/wife. They maintain a good female male ratio at office to keep both the gender effective & motivated. As a result our people tend to perform brilliantly ar home or at office. But yes there is job security issue which the company is trying to resolve slowly. Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
