Good Infrastructure to work from office. Good work policy. Basically, It's a Netherland based company so 4-5 days work policy is also here as per Europe standards. Flexible timing and open for a work-from-home policy as well. Also, Picnics, Birthday, and Festival celebrations. There is a fun Friday activity almost every Week. Overall, good teams and a company to work with.

Brightness Helps me grow my Technical Knowledge to a great extent that makes me unique to provide a review. Brightness comes up with the new policies with Time flexibility, compressed weeks, and many more pross of the policies. It was a great time to work with Brightness along with that the Timing and company culture is flexible
