1. The culture at BrightChamps is like a family, you always have your team lead and your fellow team members to always support and help you 2. The amount of learning and scope of growth is good here

Dislikes

Every startup has couple of flaws in it because it is still growing. Even in BrightChamps there are a couple of things which are no upto the mark, but I definitely believe that those things will be working well soon

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
