Average work environment. Teachers are very supportive but management is poor. School lacks cultural diversity (Management + Students + Max teachers belongs to Jain community). Additionally, due to poor management system one cannot imagine of a transitional growth (Academically and financially). Although kids are good, smart and brilliant. Principal is a bit bossy. Teachers stability is not seen in this organisation. 2 Saturday's are compulsory to work and 2 saturdays are off. Yearly Appraisals are very poor for teachers. Job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the start as there was no formal training session. And no personal computer or laptop. Teachers has to go to computer lab for their academic work
