The opportunity to grow, lead your ideas to initiatives and make products happen! The pace at which Bright works is amazing. Founders are supportive of your growth. There is a lot more to do and that excites me about my job.

Dislikes

The direction is missing at times, that's a sign of fast pacing startups and so can be discounted.

Work Details

I'm a workaholic so likely not a good person to answer this one! I do 12-14 hours a day but that's not expected of everyone. I look forward to the weekends to take peaceful sleep.

13 member marketing team laid off. 70+ layoffs with no proper notice. Job security is not there. People working 1 month or 3 yrs - doesn't matter - everyone was laid off
