Dislikes

Being a store manager is the worst curse in this company. This particular organization hires a store manager with higher package only to screw them up, no store manager has any sort of upper hand to deal with the nonsense of staff. Executive are well supported over manager reason the are have lesser salaries. HR policies are strong only on papers. Eg whistleblower. If you uncover any wrong doing of your senior then you will only suffer the torture. You can only survive in this company if you know how satisfy your bosses ego and be a perfect chaplus.. Upfront people cannot survive as they will find some or the other reason so as to your quit the job.....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
