No job security, no growth. anyone can get fired at anytime as manager wish no matter how productive and how much hardworking you are, no work life balance.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow and there is a notice period of 3 months before which we cannot resign . And I wish they could offer better salary increment

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
