Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? One of my friend was working in this office, who belongs to the same caste & same native of the owner, when my friend was leaving this office for good, owner didn't give him a month's salary

One of my friend was working in this office, who belongs to the same caste & same native of the owner, when my friend was leaving this office for good because of inter-politics, the owner didn't give him a month's salary. Whats use of donating lot of money to temples & mutths when you ae not paying for the employees worked for you? Almighty God will not accept this kind of dana-dharmas.
