Nothing to like here, its just a good place to start your career and leave as soon as a better opportunity comes along if you ever wish to grow.

there is no compensation for anything, you will have to plead for even a days leave, its terrible for creative people, they expect for you to work at any given time whenever the client calls, also there is no job training, managers do not value the individual strength of the employee, very less pay with no career growth at all and worst of all there is no appraisal process as such.
