Lack of clear communication from management, insufficient transparency about company discisions and goals, excessive work load or Long working hours, confusion about job roles or expectations, excessive control or oversight.

Inhouse that is BELCON is the biggest flop no respect with client team lots of disrespect no value for work treats like 3rd grade contractors. Whereas coming to the work only 3 to 4 activities that is structure, in finishing only tiles and punning work no further works very disgusting.

Too much work load Site office working space and restroom not good Most of the fun events will be organised at HO level only, and for site office only work and all Saturday's are working

Worst company, improper management, higher level managers discourage and demottivating juniors staffs, worst admin department, execution team as treated very bad,
