It’s been more than an year working with Bridging Technologies and it’s been a wonderful experience so far. The work culture is great and everyone believes in equality and team work. The food served is delicious here everyday and specially on Fridays as they make special delicacies that day! Another plus point is the in-house saloon services provided by the company.

there is literally nothing to like about this company, the moment you join the company you will realize this is the most toxic company ever

the company has no values, it is created to only to earn profit by making the employees as much as they can. They will fire you without any intimation you can be fired any day. The company has no employee welfare in mind, the managers are not at all worthy to be managers the team leaders are not even worthy to be executives. Blood line people are in upper management, relative's are there in every team as leads or managers . If you don't work as per there expectations or don't make them feel above you they will give you warning letters or remove your access or give you less work . At last they will terminate by saying performance issues.
