Work-life balance, Work culture (standards), no restrictions to learn new things.

Recent hirings (created posts unnecessarily) and promotion criteria (switch to another role/ dept. for promotion) is completely useless. Not a single person of existing HOD is a part of ELT. Among ELT, there's no one from the Tire Background. Last 3-4 years yearly increment gets worst and hence the current salary is less than Market.

Its a great place to work for those permanent employees. All types of facilities are available to them only. But the real work done is by those third party employees under shubha system and others & dont get any benifits though. No increaments, no promotions nothing else. Just a take home salary of 15K. Having a whole lot of work pressure.
