No they did not support me at all, even they did not gave me my full salary on March they just snd me 50 percent salary on March. After March they did not provide me any salary . As a engineer who has Mtech degree from a reputed university in food technology don't deserve this kind of behaviour from BPSN.

They don't provide the salary on time before covid-19 also and in pendemic situation they don't provide me any salary Even in March they just gave me not even half of my salary.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
