Somehow, people at the top here treat team members with contempt and hostility; not expected of an academic organization. Especially, the vertical heads sitting in the UK and USA treat Indian staff with utmost contempt and you'll start looking for an outlet in few weeks after joining here. HR is one bunch of sickeningly painful people. Not a place to consider for a long-term career and the average attrition is very poor. You will farewell gatherings almost every weekend....Read More
