Teammates are good. No training from the company, No job security, politics is more. for learning is good because they give to you individual work more than the capacity. Working environment not good, no innovative work, no life , no management support. they follow only client. Company drives by client. Management have no their policies for work and future plan and resources allocation they follow only client decision even if these are wrong or cost impact on the company. Corruption, politics.
