That the work timings are fixed.

Dislikes

The place is filled with flaws. The director has no regard for the employees and expects them to work for almost 6 months with late salary dispersion and be fine with it. No appreciation or empathy towards employees. The company has not paid the salaries for the last three months and ignores the employees when theu call and message the management. The organization has zero management skills and takes decisions on a whim. The company decides to fire more than half the workforce without even informing them. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
