There is culture, job security,salary delay, strict 9hrs, no increment, no hierarchy. It is a family own business where more than business then can get into any non sense. They monitor for every minut activity how many times you went out, how many seconds you came late, how much time yo u took lunch break, how many tea u had. Are these the reviewing parameter for appraisal. Highly recommended for people who have no job they would hire you blindly. People who want to while off the time can also fit in well....Read More

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our essues.salary and incentives are decent but career growth is none.i have completed two year with this company,never managed any training to the employees.

They give good salary hike but not given bonus. some issue in work environment & management are not transparent. there is no job security & not help to employees in this corona situation.
