The job is not flexible. No Perks. No WFH. Old school culture. There's no salary date. You'll get the salary after 15th or later. Sometime they'll pay one month later. First 3 months they'll pay before 10th. No extra benefits. This is not good place for developers. No work pressure and they don't follow any scrum call. They may ask results whenever. No proper arrangements.
