Brand Radiator is just a startup. So there isn't much career growth. The work culture is highly toxic. Non of the company policies are in your favour. They keep you on probation but don't tell you about it unless you ask for an offer letter. There probation period isn't fixed and keeps on increasing from 3 months to 6 months. They can fire without any notice but if you want to resign they won't accept it. You won't get any document which proves you work there unless you keep asking for it. They won't even pay what they promised and expect you to do more than your role requires....Read More
