I liked nothing about the organization. Pathetic work culture.Your job won't be guaranteed. Its hire and fire system there.Zero job security. The company works as a dictatorship firm with the CEO as the dictator.The management treats the employees as if you are their servant..They will insult you anytime. They have functions whereyou are made uncomfortable infront of the entire organization. The managers will ask you to do as they wish.When it comes to work If you've not acheived the target you are insulted and threatened..Your incentives are given after 6-8 months,that too not the full amount. THEY HAVE incentive capping so you don't earn much. Iremember during the second lockdown when the entire city was shut,these people had called us at work.No work from home,they gave us a fake letter stating we are construction engineers.Our 90% team was suffering from covid and yet they called those who did not.The management sat at their homes safely. The HR rep Mr.Anil Richarya gave me such a hard time while.I was leaving the organization. He thinks of himself to be the goddamm CEO of Google.Hes very rude and arrogant. Pathetic organization.
