The seniors also makes sure that juniors are motivated and give their best which is extremely positive and helpful. I got to learn alot about Digital Marketing and its key aspects from my team leader.

I joined Brainwonders as a content developer with a little experience , working with Brainwonders has immensely helped me as i have learnt not only how to make a content look appealing and easy to read but also to optimise it for the search engines. Seniors make sure that juniors are comfortable and support us throuh every task which is very positive and motivational.

Good Work Environment and Culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparents. Company Policy are good, Appriasals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The staff is very friendly and cooperative. They make you an all rounder in handling things. Nice place to work.

Dislikes

I think there is no proper training provided when you are new to the system and you are expected to give results within a week's time from your joining. I think they can improvise on the same.

A lot of fresh information is learned every day Great leadership support Leaders meets with developers to fix problems. Great work culture and flat hierarchy. Appreciate the good work and pay scale is reasonable.
