There is nothing to like about brainware except holidays

There is nothing good about Brainware. No job security, no culture ! They will give you unrealistic targets. I was a HR and mainly the main Sir ( Chancellor Sir ) who is 78 years old, abuse every employees. The seniors will never let you go ahead and the Chancellor calls female employees by the word Mal and use abusive language all the time with 0 respect to the male and all employees.
