Work culture was good for first 3 years..salary good for first 3 years

Dislikes

No LTC after 3 years as earlier promised.. ..tendency to remove candidate before 5 years to avoid gratuity

Average experience...no senior was there to guide after 3 years...influence of management in education

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
