Very poor work culture as there are some old employees in the system who would just not enable you to put you to go ahead and work in a fast faced pathetic pay pack.no policies for new comers extremely loss for new comers job security is ok at a time the old will ask you to move you out of the system and if you move out it will be your will your loss.
