Very poor work culture as there are some old employees in the system who would just not enable you to put you to go ahead and work in a fast faced pathetic pay pack.no policies for new comers extremely loss for new comers job security is ok at a time the old will ask you to move you out of the system and if you move out it will be your will your loss. A family person should not join this Institution.because they squeeze so much nothing remains and all on a sudden based on some internal politics can through you out.

Dislikes

They squeeze so much no family relationships can be maintained.. The head used obstructive sentences for employees, specially for women faculties.
