Yes one star is for only collogues. I have 4-5 company experience, this company was worst in my life. Reasons - 1). No work structure, 2). Partiality behavior, in salary term, never you can't get salary on time, and structure is also ghatiya. 3). If you work here you will feel like bother mentally and physically. 4). You will get here only experience, not knowledge. 5). Don't go in this company on the basis of reviews, these 4-5 start reviews are fake. 6). It's A Fraud Company.... Biggest Fraud person in this company is Hr Anita and Mr Chandan... They Will Tell you that you will receive offer Letter after 15 days and then after 15 days they will send your offer letter In Which it's Mentioned that Company will pay your salary After 2 months but after completion of 1 Month ,they will terminate you. only thing right now which I dislike is that company are getting so many projects but We are lack of manpower . only reason is that company growth has increased rapidly and to full fill the work balance manpower is lesser .Company has less manpower but they have quality .So Less manpower is only thing which I dislike .
