The top management is ok. They don't poke legs unnecessarily. Office culture is not bad.

Dislikes

The current leadership in HR is not up to the mark. The lack of basic knowledge of hierarchy is there and do not treat well his or her subordinates The credit taking attitude is completely visible by showing other down. Would not suggest to work in HR department in BPTP unless a new changes happens.

Work culture is good so are company policies,they are very employee friendly.BPTP is a good place to work.Place, where one gets to learn a lot about the Real Estate Industry.Company is very respectful for all its employees and looks after all their needs.They have been getting everyone tested for covid on regular basis and if found positive,been kind enough to not deduct with the leaves or salary for the employee.standing for their employees through thick and thin is their motto.its a good place to work....Read More
