Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? They start by saying that it's 5 days working but almost every alternate Saturday is working.No holidays,there are only 10 holiday throughout the year...amoung them majority are on weekend.Timing is said to be 9-5 but it extends everyday..But since this is WFH it becomes manageable
