No system is completely perfect, BCNL has her shortcomings but since the good aspects exceed the bad, I will submit that the company with time and more support from the government and wealthy corporations and individuals, the company will overcome whatever that is lacking which in most cases beyond human factor.

Work Details

My work purely challenging as I have to look after the entire planning, execution, production and monitoring/control of all the site works though be assisted by team of site supervisors, as well as manager the activities of other subcontractors on Site.
