Salary on time. Of course they offer very less salary but it will credited on time.

A very low graded company. Like seriously management looks more deeply into employee personal life but not into professional life. All they want to know is what he is doing, whom he is talking to, and all other non sense, I felt it like a prison For showoff they have all the Food standard certificates, international certificates, of course which they bought with money. Recently they got certified as Great place to work, for which they spent many lakhs. In Terms of material they do buy material at cheaper cost from local companies and sell it to foreign companies showing that they have processed on their own. They have many big officials from the Industry to show that they have capacity to process anything. Inactual they don't process anything. You will feel very pressurized here because they don't have systematic work, there will not be any coordination among departments at all and still they expect to complete within time. Every month they introduce new policy, which focuses on taking away employee's benefits. They don't want any employee to be benefitted at all....Read More
