Botanic is a trading company that i joined many years ago. Only recently they claim that they are a manufacturing company just producing 2-3 products. Good marketing. Poison atmosphere in the corporate office. OK atmosphere in factory.

Dislikes

No manufacturing process. R&D will send the process through whatsup and we follow the same. No manufacturing records and only when customers come for audit, we start writing records. No quality records either. We would have failed in the FDA audit if CEO sir is not there and not guided us how to manage the situation.

a lot of things. first of all this company not able to hire and retain any senior leaders. lot of politics, gossip and no growth in this company. today even one of the very good CEO has resigned. we all know it is due to politics by MD, shiv sir and hr gm sir. they cannot run the company or allow anyone to do their job. just want toshow off. many more senior leaders will also go. company is growing only doing 420 business. bad days have started and company will be bankrupt soon. i strongly advise every one to not to join this failing company....Read More

Mourning day for all the employees. Good ceo sir who was helping the company to progress is resigned today. All employees dissapointed and don't know what to do.

MD and their nature. Internal politics and gossip. MD secretary collect the information and send to MD all the gossip and politics in the company. No moral only survival.

Just learned that well respected and loved CEO sirji has resigned

worst company. Just a trading company projected as a manufacturing company. Sales will happen by giving bribes to buyers. Even management gives cuts to very big companies. Use female BD executives to lure male purchase heads in other companies to make sales. Everything is unethical. At least we were all hoping that this CEO will setthings right. He was the only person who was listening to us and giving practical solutions. Both MD is just BS. One MD is famous for having half a day of continuous meetings till everyone goes for sleep and no outcome from the meeting. Just talking only. I am feeling very sad and frustrated. This is the only way to share our feelings as nothing is safe in the company. We can only give true feedback and help others not to join this hopeless company. Nothing worth mentioning. We are all saddened by the resignation of the the CEO sir today. No growth for this company.

Due to some past good karma, this company got one of the best CEO that can think of in their lifetime. He came and changed the culture quickly and made employees feel good. He also brought lot of good reputation to this company and some investors put in money. But one of the MD got so scared about this CEO and started playing politics. Looks like his ego was hurt what he could not do in last so many years, this CEO sir did in few weeks. With his chelas he started doing politics with CEO sir. But CEO sir is very honest and sincere and cannot take this shit and left. We all know the truth. But hard to understand when you hire a good CEO why trouble him with your silly politics. MD's openly ask for gossip and encourage employees not to respect their managers. We all discuss how this company grow. For sure, who ever put money in this company will lose unless they remove one of the MD....Read More
