Politics by leadership team and Greedy production team to bring down your work life balance. Management team and HRs are very much approachable, they are all ears when they want to help artists. But many affected artists will not open up their issues to HR. To be frank some department heads are doing full time politics like Politicians. Production team doesn't wants any artist to be involved in learning program or HR fun activities during office hours 9:30am-7pm.
