Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. Open door policy,- you can talk to any person at management about your problems. Training programs and sessions. Job security- this company tried thier best to not to lay off any employees during WGA strike. some lay off happened during December 2024 with prior notice with some personal support.

Politics by leadership team and Greedy production team to bring down your work life balance. Management team and HRs are very much approachable, they are all ears when they want to help artists. But many affected artists will not open up their issues to HR. To be frank some department heads are doing full time politics like Politicians. Production team doesn't wants any artist to be involved in learning program or HR fun activities during office hours 9:30am-7pm.
