My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Nothing is good in this company. All fraud people including HR Manager, and all Leads and Leadership. Only money minded People. I never felt like I was working in a company or start up. I always felt like I was working in a grocery shop where owner will ask something and we have to do.

Everything. Their cunning behaviour. The way they will harass employees for work. When someone wants to highlight any issue that they are facing. This leadership will not allow them at all. If we will drop an email to their HR manager, she will also not respond properly, Instead of that she will discuss this within managers and leaders. So no one is there in support for employees. I like the way the management and leadership will do mentally harassment of their employees and pressurised them to complete given task without giving them enough time.

Dislikes

I have never seen such a lazy, dumb and useless HR manager in my entire career. She doesn’t know her own roles and responsibilities. The only thing she knows that is decorating office on festivals. If we ask her anything, again for the same thing we have to give her reminder that we asked her something last time. That much she is useless.
