I have been working with Boston Technology Corporation (BTC) since 2021 as a Java Developer and I can confidently say that it has been a rewarding and enriching experience. I have worked with some of the biggest clients in the US healthcare space. The work environment at BTC is conducive to learning and it provides you opportunities to grow. The talented and collaborative colleagues are always willing to lend a helping hand, making the overall atmosphere friendly and supportive. The company culture fosters a sense of camaraderie among its employees through various team-building activities and events. I have working on challenging and diverse projects allowing to hone my Java/EE skills significantly. I have been encouraged to take ownership of modules and have had the independence to deliver them.
