Work culture is terrible, poor management, not good environment to work in, no peace of mind and people don't get appraise for their work only demotivation and poor behaviour with colleagues and subordinates.

Good policy of Company but only some people get benifit, Who have good relation with the manager.

Dislikes

No job security mostly listen job threatened by the manager, Not good behaviour with team egoistic & unskilled employee. No learning & career growth. Buttering & political people are working from long time. Each alternative month someone has to loss his job.
