I liked, The name. Brand name. Once everything was good. Now company trying to close their business operations which was once built by Dr. Amar Gopal Bose who nurtured with great care making all employees feel like a single family.

Company layed off all the employees who actually use to bring revenue, job security is very poor. Career growth is nothing, i have seen my manager who has worked almost 14years but still he didn't get his promotion and also been asked to move out ..

Some colleagues were really good and helpful. They behave like well human being and supported each one.

There was this one monster City manager named Soumya Datta who was only interested in the personal life of every employee and a gossip monger, he didn't like employees building inter personal relationship, he only discouraged and did back bitching. He used to use his power and sexually harass female employees at office and office parties. Due to the fear of his position employees were afraid in raising voice against him. He knew it very well that no one will complaint against him as he was one of the members of ICC. But finally someone complained against it, and the company gave a lot of preference to the monster to proof his innocence and sabotaged the victim. Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
