The working hours are very long,you won't get enough get enough time to spend at home.Rules and regulations are different for everyone.Salary is very less according to work pressure and working hours.Behavior of owner is very bad to each and everyone. There is no bonus,pf though they told me that I will get all of this while joining.They will appoint you in a certain designation but u will have to do everything like sweeping,dusting and all that doesn't matter in what designation you are.There is also no job security,even if you work hard and well still they can lay u off.There is no time they will give you after before firing you.Your job security depends on owners mood.The all other employees are very good, but if you work there you have to work like a servant not an employee.
