Even with the best of vision & ethics at global level, ground-level dirty politics could not be controlled and a major reason for excellent employees to buckle down, get demotivated or leave for better. Oldies know the game well and can really shoot down who ever they deem as threat or dislike.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
