The best part is self learning and learning. You get to know about each and every product details as well as about vehicle.Also we get a very good exposure when we work with different OEMs and other organizations. All over there is whole lot of learning in Bosch.

Dislikes

Being on off-role duty is a little headache as you have to travel very long distances in buses and trains, by long i mean 14-20 hours of journey.Otherwise everything else is great.

Pathetic work culture. Too much politics. Seniors are very intrusive and always wanted to know about your personal life. They literally make you work against your job description and if you ask them they will ignore you. They glorify and pressurise working on weekends also.

Work culture in majority of teams is good. Work life balance is great. Gives flexibility of associates to explore their interest. Flexible timings. International connect. Onsite opportunities are commendable.

Low salary. Office politics ans promotion not transparent. Recent times market conditions impacted onsites.
