There is a great possibility of learning many things and if you are open to learning then well and good otherwise you have to take other directions, like gaining trust and pleasing your manager by chamchagiri. Still chamchagiri will win and the hardworking person will not.

Everything. Mainly work timings, if you are family man then this company is not for you.

I was in Bosch for 3 yrs, for first year i was working as technician in manufacturing dept, for next 2 yrs i was working as technical support, technical sales.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Likes

There is a chance for hands on experience of different machines as well as great relation between workers and interns. Every day there is something to learn. I like the work environment.

Dislikes

There is no training period for interns separately, instead they have to work with the employees.

Work Details

I have worked in manufacturing field as well as testing field. In manufacturing there will assembly of packaging machines under the guidance of supervisor and in testing, proper functioning of machine is looked upon.
