Good work culture. Work on complex technology being Tier 1 supplier. If there are onsites, it will compensate for average salary.

Dislikes

Salary linked 2 onsites. Average salary comparable to service industry. Lot of in-house tools, makes you redundant in job market as other companies use other industry standard tools.
