They train for some topic. Assign you to a team where you have to work on a completely different topic. Then they expect you to be master at it even after knowing you haven't been trained for it. They keep changing teams, hence no scope of improvement in a single topic and then they blame you for not working as per expectation. There is close to no salary hike after year end and getting a bonus is like a dream. Management forces us to pressurise associates to resign in the name of poor performance. No accountability to customer complaints. Typical corrupt beaucracy mindset. Low salary. Not suitable for women who want to progress in career. GRC and POSH are for namesake. Policies are not employee friendly.
