Dislikes

Double standard rules one is Army act for descipline and another is CCS for salary Despite clear cut verdict of Supreme court of India in 1984 to remove disparity if any still persist.There should be a self rules of organisation like Railway and MES

The only minus point of Border Roads Org is that one has to be deployed in far flung remote areas of our country most of the service life where scope of maintaining one's family is very bleak and childrens' education suffers the most due to frequent transfer and posting.

Work Details

After having served the nation fir as long as 35 yrs, I have called it a day. Save and except some hard postings, most of my postings were either in Project HQ, DGBR HQ, and other cities of repute. Hence I did not have to bear the brunt of negative effect
