There is nothing that can be liked about bookchor.

Dislikes

Toxic environment, there is no work life balance, The CTO of the company is a psycho, The Team leader is an illiterate uneducated person who doesn't know anything but he dominates everyone and bullies the employee, There is an employee called akash, he is a psychopath he is a terrible man he stares terribly to the female employees working over there.

Work -life balance is really good management supportive in this domain.

Dislikes

First time I saw no proper process to handle inventory. Even after highlighting this to management number of time no serious action were taken to stop inventory loss. Inventory supervising person don't have any experience and interest in all this.

Work Details

My work was a blend of accounts and admin. Invoicing, daily bookkeeping, accounts payable management, recording and reporting daily attendance, taking care of in and out of inventory, dealing with banks, processing and bank transfer of salaries etc.
