The company is fantastic place to learn about all luxury high end brands with the world's best lenses. There is a lot to learn and grow as a optician in your career. They have stores in Delhi and Ncr.

The company should go for digital advertising to get known by everyone as the company is 65years old and providing best services to the customer.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
